IST is a market leader in the design and manufacture of Earthing Transformers. The products are designed and built to meet specific requirements and feature standard current durations of 10 or 30 seconds, and voltages up to 33kV The transformers can be supplied with options of liquid cooled (Oil , Midel, or silicon fluid filled) hermetically sealed, free breathing, or Class H Dry Type. Natural or forced-air cooling options are also available. Dry type transformers can be manufactured in the form of a core and coil assembly, for integration into other equipment or as free standing units in ventilated cases.
Earthing Transformers can also be supplied with Auxiliary windings , and can be designed to meet specific Zero Sequence Impedance requirements
